Sharon & Ben – Riverfire Wedding

I feel really blessed to have clients like Sharon and Ben. They are beautiful inside and out, kind, caring and just genuinely lovely people. Two people that were made for each other. A kind of love that you don’t see very often, you can feel their love light up a room.

Saturday 26th September 2015, 4pm. Tim and I arrive for relaxed Bridal photographs, Sharon and Ben got ready together at an apartment just down the road from their Venue in New Farm. As you’ll see it was almost impossible to narrow down the best photographs below from these Bridal Portraits, Sharon was the most photogenic Bride who just knew how to have her photo taken, it was such a delight! Stylish, classy, timeless and ready for what was next.

The beautiful Sharon and Ben, emerging from a 1950s Mercedes, at their riverside venue set the tone perfectly for the luxurious and breathtaking night ahead.

After walking down the aisle with his beaming mother Jenny, Ben waited in anticipation for Sharon while the heart pounding F18 Superhornets roared over head signalling both the start of Brisbane Riverfire and ceremony. A lavender painted sunset was the final touch to an already overwhelmingly beautiful Ceremony narrated by Jemma Somerville. I smile as I go back through the photographs, reminiscing on the magical heartfelt vows Sharon and Ben read to each other, the tears, the laughter, the perfect first kiss, soul mates meant to be together forever.

The space was cleared and the party began, we felt so welcomed by all the lovely family! 7pm fireworks sparkled over the city and lit up the celebration. The band played, the food and drink flowed freely and then speeches that were likely the best we’ve ever heard were shared. Speeches that warmed your heart, tears in your eyes and made you laugh.

Sharon and Ben, photographing your Wedding was an absolute delight. We keep thinking about your day and feel honoured to have gotten to know you and have been your photographers. May we keep in touch for years to come.

Wishing you all the happiness in the world.

Anna and Tim

“Oh Anna,

I don’t know how we can thank you guys for the incredible photos and moments you managed to capture.

Honestly the photos have turned out better than we ever expected!

I spent a lot of time looking at different collections of wedding photos, most of them were ‘indie forest’ weddings, I think that style looks very nice, lots of black and white and intimate moments captured but the photos you guys have taken are just so full of colour and LIFE, they’re so exciting to look at, they capture the night so perfectly and they capture our relationship as well. They’re a perfect reflection of us.

I’ve sent the link around to all of the family and our friends, everyone is so excited and blown away by them.

Ben and I will go through them all carefully tonight and select what we want printed as those amazing tiles.

Thank you so much for having us at your home last night and allowing us to go through them and marvel at them! We are so happy with them, so so happy.

Thank you also for the beautiful words you wrote about us and our wedding on the page, that was a lovely surprise to read last night!

We’re so happy that you are so happy with them too and we want you to use them in any way you can to promote your business, get published, etc!

Thanks again for being our photographers and capturing our wedding, we will be forever grateful and I’m so happy to have such a beautiful collection of photos to look back at whenever I want!

Sharon x”
