Ah Covid, why you gotta postpone all these weddings!

Well even though we had to cancel a few times, it finally happened… Sarah and Pat got married, Yippie!

The wedding looked a little different than first planned (and very windy!) but even with some restrictions in place, covid didn’t stop this madly in love couple from saying ‘I do’! Sarah & Pat got in just in time before lockdown number… well, I’ve lost count but anyway we did it, wooo!!

On a cool windy winter Saturday, Sarah and Pat had an intimate ceremony at Our Lady of Victories at Bowen Hills. While border closure meant quite a few guests couldn’t be with them from interstate. The Bride and Groom were still surrounded with love from their nearest and dearest family and friends from Queensland, and thank goodness that best man flew in weeks early, you’ve got to win sometimes!

With masks adorned guests watched on as the Bride and Groom finally said I do and let’s not forget, the couple’s super cute daughter Miss L trying to steal the show, what a cutie!

A intimate dinner followed shared with their parents, siblings and the Bridal party at Bianca in New Farm.

I hope you get to have your big party reception once life starts to get back to normal!

Side note: Cousin wedding number 3 for me! I adore getting to photograph multiple weddings in a family and then to catch up with everyone, it’s the best and an absolute highlight of my job!
