What is distance when you have Skype? I met Rachael and Alex in person for the first time on their Wedding day after many months of video calls, emails and facebook messages.
I had images of yurts, flowy dresses and yard games dancing in my head and couldn’t wait for the big day to arrive!
Saturday 25th November, we watched the weather radar in the week leading up, willing the clouds to part ways for a sunny day and we were blessed. Gorgeous blue skies and a perfect warm November day surrounded by loved ones under the soaring old fig trees, Alex and Rachael were married in a joyful ceremony officiated by Jacqui Clarke.
The best Wedding is a relaxed Wedding, driving ourselves between locations, stopping off at Buderim Village Park for photos with views of the coastline as far as the eye could see. We spotted the cutest Golden Retriever puppy who happily posed for photos with Rachael and Alex, Puppy also nibbled the bouquet and gave lots of kisses!
Back to the Bride’s Family home for the Reception in an epic Yurt surrounded by fairy lights, wine barrels and lawn games, topped off by the aroma of spanish delights filling the air from the Paella Food Van.
Congratulations Rachael and Alex on an amazing day!
Wishing you all the best,
Anna xx
