I love these ladies! We had such an awesome day!

I met Jessie a couple of years ago when I was booked to take marketing photographs for her work, we had fun running around taking photos together and then booked a handful more work shoots together.

I was beyond delighted and excited when Jessie rang me a few months ago to tell me she was Engaged and would I take her Wedding photos, um yes! Of course! Conveniently I was free this weekend as I had locked off these two weeks in my diary to get ready for my own Wedding haha!

After a lovely meeting, getting to know Olivia and many puppy cuddles we were set and I was excited to meet fur babies Gus and Venus at Bridal Prep!

Friday 17th May, here we are, Jessie and Olivia’s Wedding day! We woke up to rain, go away rain! As I drove to prep in the morning it was lightly showering but positively and the weather gods were on our side and the rain had stopped by the time hair and makeup was finished. Gus and Venus inquisitively watched on as their Mummies got ready for their big day, they posed for photos once everyone was ready before settling in for a nap with their cousin Bob the staffy who was visiting from out of town for the Wedding.

The rain eased off as we drove to Newstead Park, the sun was even trying to come out as we started our couples photography before the ceremony. We wandered down the long winding path, through the palm trees to the rotunda where a gorgeous friend had been busy setting up the most amazing picnic! With 30 minutes to go blue sky started to show, and then the clouds slowly drifted away just in time to reveal a magnificent blue sky as the backdrop for the Wedding Ceremony. Jac Moore conducted a beautiful, fun, relaxed yet meaningful ceremony and set the tone for the afternoon party to come.
